Frequently Asked Questions: Q: Will I pay more for my home If I am working with you?
A: No. Builders charge the same Amount regardless of whether you are working with an agent or not. In the rare case where you choose a home from a builder who is not willing to pay us, or will charge you more if they have to pay us – we will decline payment and our services to you will be free.
Q: How can you afford to provide a free service, give cash back, and still stay in business?
A: We get paid by the Builder to bring them business. And, our expenses are far less than a typical Real Estate Agent, when working with clients who are purchasing New Homes.
Q: Are you a limited service company like most internet brokers?
A: No. We are not an internet broker. We are experts in the local marketplace, and we will represent you and your best interests as your Transaction Broker.

We provide a full array of free services which help our clients locate, negotiate and close on the brand new home that fits their wants and needs.
Evaluating and finding the home that meets your needs: Our comprehensive in-house database contains valuable information on almost every builder in the Albuquerque & Rio Rancho metro area. We maintain this database locally, so you can be sure we know the local new home market inside and out.
Transportation Services: We will meet with you at our office or a pre-arranged meeting place and drive you, or you can follow us to view the new homes and communities that you have selected. This will save you money, time and frustration.
Representation: Although the on sight sales person can help you in many ways, they work for and represent the builder. You need to have representation as well. We work for and represent you, but get paid by the builder and they charge the same price whether you work with us or not.
Negotiating with the home builders: Many people are unaware that builders are willing to negotiate. We know the market and how to negotiate with the builders. Recently, we helped a family save over $45,000.
Understanding the contracts: We can help you prepare for the new home buying process including consulting with you about and explaining all of your contractual obligations.
Selecting options and upgrades: We can help you save even more money by helping you identify which options and upgrades can be purchased for a cheaper price after you purchase the home and also which ones will help resale value for the future.
Walk-throughs and inspections: If you desire, a representative from our company will attend all walk-throughs with you. We can also recommend several good new home inspectors that you can hire.
Closing the transaction: In addition to attending the closing with you, we will review the closing documents prior to closing to double check that figures are correct and that the builder has fulfilled their obligations.
