March, 2008 What's New In New Homes Communities for March
The following is an update on new home communities for March. Take a look at what's coming up! The choices available for new home buyers are better than ever, and show the strength of the Albuquerque home market, and the confidence our local builders have in it. Couple that with the current historically low interest rates and builder incentives, and I believe you've got a winner. Again, check these out, and call me at (505) 331-1964 if I can assist you in any way.....

:: is stillbrooke still going to development Canyon Grove? if not, will anyone? posted by 'Christine' September 03, 2009 14:27
:: My sources tell me that there are no current plans by Stillbrooke to develope the 10 acre site due to recent declines in home values, and the high cost of development due to the engineering work that will be needed. They may be looking to sell the parcel to an investor. posted by 'J Meek' September 09, 2009 11:42
